GETTING STARTED

Interestingly, this is the second most common question we are asked!   We do actually have a black cat.

Aubrey sauntered into our lives in early 2018 when our daughter moved home to work the vintage. He quickly made himself at home, taking an active interest in all activities of the house and distillery.  Naturally sophisticated and elegant, Aubrey was an obvious source of inspiration for our gin label and quickly earned the position of Brand Ambassador.

While we don’t have a physical cellar door, you can discover our spirits at:

  • Angas Park Cellars – Shop 4/1 Murray Street, Nuriootpa
  • Musque Bar – Shop 1, 109 Murray Street, Tanunda
  • Novotel Barossa Valley – 42 Pioneer Avenue, Rowland Flat
  • Tanunda Cellars – 14 Murray Street, Tanunda.
  • 1918 Bistro & Grill – 94 Murray Street, Tanunda

We encourage you to support us directly by purchasing through our website. In future, we may have a pop-up cellar door and we do attend special events.

Subscribe to our newsletter and keep an eye on our social media for all the latest.

No, we don’t make our own base spirit and living in the beautiful Barossa Valley means we don’t need to. Much of the waste material generated during wine making can be re-harvested to create pure grape spirit which is the perfect base for gin.

We use the highest quality base grape spirit – ultra premium – to create our gins.

So for us, gin is as much about industry sustainability as it is about adding value to create something deliciously unique.

Yes we can! We happily work with BnBs, accommodation providers and tour operators. When you book, just ask if they can arrange for us to host a private tasting.

We’ll try to work with them and you to deliver something special.

Yes, all prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Our main priority is getting your order to you as quickly as possible. We ship orders via Australia Post which can take between 3 and 10 days for delivery, depending on the destination in Australia.

Unfortunately, we are only able to provide standard shipping online – please contact us if it’s an urgent order.

We do not have an export licence but where there are trade agreements in place, such as between Australia and New Zealand, which may allow us to ship overseas.  Please contact us directly with your overseas inquiries.

PAYMENTS & POLICIES

We know these beautiful gin bottles are fragile and we do our best to ensure your products make it to you intact.

If your delivery is damaged in any way, please contact us within 3 days with a photo of the damage. Further information on damaged goods can be found in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Our seasonal gins are exactly that – seasonal.  Sometimes the seasonal conditions mean a smaller crop which means a smaller volume of gin.  Once we have used up all the botanicals produced that season, we wait (with fingers crossed) for the next season.

If the product is unavailable online, you can contact us

Sometimes we have a small amount left or we’re about to bottle some more.

You should receive a confirmation email shortly after your payment has been processed. If it has not appeared in your inbox, we recommend checking your junk/spam folder, otherwise please contact us at the distillery.
